Panera Parking Lot at 8:30. This will be a traditional run up to the Nipomo Mesa. After crossing the 101 bridge, catch Thompson Road and turn off onto Sheehy Road. After a delightful warmup turn left on Dana Adobe And then left on Rim Rock. Make the loop back to Sheehy and take Thompson under 101 and then a left on Frontage road to Summit Station, Hetrick and then Willow to a coffee break. Return by way of Pomeroy and Orchard. 38 to 42 miles with 1,500 feet of climbing.
