Meet at the Panera parking lot and depart at 8:30.
Use McCoy to A Street and Betteravia and go left where Mahoney splits from Betteravia. Follow this route past Tanglewood, cross Highway 1 and continue past Casmalia and onto the North side climb. Return can be done by taking 1 or East San Antonio. Just over 30 miles and almost 1,700 ft of tough climbing.
