Panera start (8:30 departure) and a romp through familiar road to Union Valley Pkwy and Blosser. Make a right on Solomon and catch 135 and 1 going South. 135 will get riders to East San Antonio and a right turn will get you onto some of the worst pavement in SB County. I know, I’m really selling it. After what seems to be an eternity, the road smooths out and gives people the freedom to look for wildlife and just nice, beautiful hills. At Highway 1 go right and start a long ride up and over the 4 lane highway to the lower end of the Santa Maria Valley. Return will be on the Graciosa Road.
Options (with conditions): 1 Turn around at East San Antonio and head back on 135 and Graciosa. 2 Cross Highway 1 and ride through Casmalia to Highway 1 and Solomon Rd.
