Join a group of riders that love riding, bicycles, scenery and maybe coffee. We will ride to the Nipomo Mesa on Thompson Rd and regroup at Hart Velo. The route takes us along Thompson/Los Berros and under 101. After making a left on Frontage Rd and following the dog-leg right onto Summit Station Rd we will pick up Hetrick Rd to Willow Rd. After a coffee break at Willow Cafe we will head out Willow to a left turn and head towards Monarch Dunes. At the stone gate make a left and head back to Pomeroy through scenic “gentleman” farms. We will make a left on Teft and then a right on Thompson. Once connecting with 166 the Bitterwater trainees can make a run up to Bull Cyn and back to Panera Parking lot. This ride will sneak into the 40 mile range and have some gentle gradient, but long climbs.
