This is a medium length ride that centers around the Willow Cafe. From Santa Maria we will ride across the 101 bike path and up Thompson onto the Nipomo Mesa. These ancient sand dunes will be evident everywhere we ride. And they are responsible for any rollers, and some plain old climbs. Enjoy the views and obvious geologic features.
Panera to South College. Best way to 101 Bridge. 166 to left turn on Thompson. Regroup at Hart VeloLeft. From Hart Velo continue on Thompson to left on Willow. After stop at Willow Cafe make a left on Via Concha. Via Concha and left at Dawn Rd. Right onto Pomery and then right turn on Teft. Left at library stoplight onto Orchard. Orchard to 166. 101 Bridge and best route to Panera.
Option After returning to 166, take a run up to Bull Cyn and then back to Panera parking lot.
