This ride meets out of town. We’ll meet in Arroyo Grande at the gazebo. Meet up time is 9:00. The destination is Huasna. This is a hidden gem in SLO County. There is one tough climb that will make some riders curse the ride leaders. But wait for those judgements because the down hill drops us into oak forests that hold deer, foxes, coyotes, turkeys and dragons. Yes, dragons. If you’ve never been in this area you will want to brave terrible road and look for the last remains of the jurassic period of earths history. The return trip will have a twist at the end so listen to the ride leaders. Lunch afterwards . Total ride length is 28 or 30 miles around 2,000 feet of climbing.
